Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and include all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories and shouldn’t be installed. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment method used. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that all special order items, custom orders, closeouts, clearance items, and used or factory-serviced products are not eligible for return.

To return a product simply contact our customer service team at 03422444432 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging and have the RMA number marked on the outside of the shipping box or envelope.

We may reject any return that does not comply with these requirements, and we are not responsible for products until they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
