At Electro Gallery, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products. All orders will be processed, packaged, and dispatched as fast and securely as possible. Our shipping policy describes the specifics of how we send our items, along with any costs or limitations that may apply.
- Orders that are placed before 3 PM PST will be shipped the same day; orders made after 3 PM PST will be dispatched the next business day.
- Orders may take 1 to 7 working days to be delivered via standard shipment, depending on where you live.
- For items, that are damaged due to shipping or handling, we will replace them as long as they are reported within 30 days of receiving.
- In Lahore, we are accustomed to delivering your order on the same day. However, it takes up to 4 to 7 working days for delivering products. (Due to unfavorable circumstances like bad weather, strikes, blocked roads, power outages, etc., as well as local and federal holidays, this delivery time may be extended.)
- Shipping is calculated through dimensions, weight, and of the warehouse to the place of delivery. This cost will be added to the total bill of the customers. Customers are asked to pay the delivery fees online to complete the order if the products need to be delivered outside of Lahore.
- If you place your order online, make payment through a Debit/Credit Card and the amount has been exceeded to 1 Lakh PKR, you are requested to share your original National Identity Card Number. And if you shop physically, you are requested to share the photocopy of your CNIC while making payment.
